Being familiar with some of Sir Ken's other work, I had a good idea of what to expect - and high expectations! He doesn't disappoint. The main theme of this book is what 'the Element' means for different people, and how they have found it. Whilst not specifically about education, there is much in here to ponder on that subject, as he discusses how a radical overhaul to the education system 'transformation' as he terms it is necessary in order for individuals to find out, and learn to excel at, whatever lights their fire.
With a wry sense of humour, Ken Robinson inspires us, above all, to reconnect with our true self - it could just change everything.
