Additionally, leaves and other landscape waste may be burned on Sundays from am to pm, but only from September 15th through November 15th, inclusive. Open burning shall be permitted on public rights-of-way, except on sidewalks, roadways, alleys, parking lots or other paved areas.
No burning shall be permitted within 20 feet of any structure. All fires shall be constantly attended by a competent person until each fire is extinguished.
Open campfires of clean, non-construction timber and kindling are exempted. There is no fee to participate but vendors are required to sign a liability waiver. The final Farmers Market of the season will be Monday, September 30th.
